It is a great way for a mixed group to get out and about, get to know each other and to have a bit of fun along the way. Your group would be split into smaller teams (5 teams of 5 for example), with the teams competing against each other.
The event is designed to last for about 2 hours in total. Allow an hour and a half for the Treasure Hunt itself and then a half hour or so at the end for marking the booklets and picking the winning team.
I send you everything you need to run the event yourself, you don’t have to run around putting things in place. All the locations clues are within easy walking distance around the centre of the town of your choice. All you have to do is decide on a start/finish time and location (usually a pub/hotel). I use photos and information supplied by you about the Hen to personalise the Treasure Hunt booklets.
As it is a personalised product, it is not priced on a per head basis. The minimum standard cost for any group is €250 all inclusive. The event works best with groups of at least 12 people (so you can have 3 teams of 4). We recommend teams of 4-6 people to keep everyone engaged. We have had some larger Hen groups with 50+ people. The cost rises slightly depending on the number of teams involved.
NO booking deposit is required. You can pay by Revolut after the pack has been delivered. Or I can invoice via PayPal. You then pay by return with a debit or credit card. You don’t need to have a PayPal account.
