Hens & Stags
It is a great way for a mixed group to get out and about, get to know each other and to have a bit of fun along the way. Your group would be split into smaller teams (5 teams of 5 for example), with the teams competing against each other. The event is designed to last for about 2 hours in total. Allow an hour and a half for the Treasure Hunt itself and then a half hour or so at the end for marking the booklets and picking the winning team.
I send you everything you need to run the event yourself, you don’t have to run around putting things in place. All the locations clues are within easy walking distance around the centre of the town of your choice. All you have to do is decide on a start/finish time and location (usually a pub/hotel). I use photos and information supplied by you about the Hen to personalise the Treasure Hunt booklets.
The Hens & Stags Hunt includes:
- Location Clues (usually looking for a date on statue/plaque or name on a building)
- Trivia Questions (questions about the Hen/Stag, based on info supplied)
- Photo Challenges (Teams are required to take various fun photos as instructed)
- Scavenger Hunt (Teams have to find various items as instructed)
- Riddles (Several brain teasers to keep you thinking along the way)
- Pub Stop Pit Stop (teams have to prove they were in a pub at a particular time for a quick drink)
This is what I look for:
- The Hen/Stags full name
- The Date of the Treasure Hunt
- The number of people in the group
- A contact phone number
- The address to which I should send/deliver the pack when it’s ready to go (which won’t be until closer to the date)
- A selection of photos of the Hen/Stag (10-12) from childhood through to more recent. As flattering or as embarrassing as you like!
Plus answers to the following questions (or as many of them as you can manage):
- Their Celebrity Crush
- Their favorite movie or TV program
- The worst job they’ve had
- Their favorite music, singer or band
- Their favorite hobby
- Their most annoying habit / OCD
- Their most embarrassing moment
- Their proudest moment
- Their greatest fear
- Where or how they and their partner met.
As it is a personalised product, it is not priced on a per head basis. The minimum standard cost for any group is €250 all inclusive. The event works best with groups of at least 12 people (so you can have 3 teams of 4).
We recommend teams of 4-6 people to keep everyone engaged. We have had some larger Hen groups with 50+ people. The cost rises slightly depending on the number of teams involved.
NO booking deposit is required. You can pay by Revolut after the pack has been delivered. Or I can invoice via PayPal. You then pay by return with a debit or credit card. You don’t need to have a PayPal account.
